This Store Privacy Policy explains how Guide of US, LLC and Guide of Hawaii, LLC process personal information through store.hawaii-guide.com. Guide of US, LLC operates the store and handles its ecommerce and payment services. Guide of Hawaii, LLC owns the HawaiiGuide domains and content. It supplements the HawaiiGuide Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to operate the storefront, checkout, and related services; see Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.

Information collected

Depending on how you use the store, we may receive identifiers and contact details; account and order information; payment status and transaction identifiers; shipping and billing details; customer-support communications; and device, cookie, and usage information. Payment-card details are handled by Shopify and the payment provider and are not stored by HawaiiGuide in full card form.

Uses

We use information to operate the store; process and fulfill orders; deliver digital products; provide support; prevent fraud and secure the service; keep required business, tax, and transaction records; understand store performance; communicate about an order; and comply with law.

Disclosures

We disclose information as needed to Shopify, payment providers, print-on-demand or shipping providers, email and customer-support providers, security and analytics providers, professional advisers, and government authorities where legally required.
