Shipping policy

Our physical travel guides are printed on demand by Lulu and will be shipped directly from their facilities. Please select the appropriate shipping option/speed at checkout, as we cannot control the printing and/or shipping speed after the order is completed.

If your location does not show shipping available, please contact us, and we will manually enter the shipping rates for international locations. Currently, we only have shipping enabled for the U.S., Canada, France, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, but we can add more locations on request. Mahalo!

On average, please allow 10-12 days for printing and shipping within the US and Canada. Mahalo!

If any order is delayed more than 14 days due to increased demand from our printer, we will notify you via email. This is rare, but we will communicate with you if this happens. Mahalo for your understanding.

Since we do not display advertisements in our travel guides, our packets are printed on demand (POD) to keep costs low for our readers/customers. This means every guide is printed after you order it and shipped specifically to you. This also ensures you receive the latest version of the guide in question and not a stale copy that was printed months ago.

As per our Refund Policy, we cannot provide refunds on any POD (print-on-demand) product, as each guide is printed and shipped specifically to you at the time of your order. Mahalo (thank you) for your understanding.
