Shipping policy

Physical travel guides and certain merchandise are produced or fulfilled by third-party providers, including print-on-demand providers. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and current delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production begins after the order is accepted. Contact aloha@hawaii-guide.com as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect; we cannot guarantee a change after production or shipment begins.

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier events, customs, weather, demand, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. Contact us with the order number if tracking shows a material problem or the order has not arrived within the displayed estimate, and we will work with the fulfillment provider.

International customers are responsible for duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges unless checkout states that they are included. Mandatory consumer delivery rights remain unaffected.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges. Check spam or junk folders and contact aloha@hawaii-guide.com if delivery instructions do not arrive.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Store Refund Policy.
