Refund Policy for Purchases

Mahalo (Thank you) for your purchase of digital goods and/or physical POD products from HawaiiGuide. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for any purchases, including all digital guides, packets, eBooks, POD products, etc.

Please carefully consider this policy before making your purchase. Digital products in particular are non-tangible and cannot be returned or exchanged. We work hard to ensure the quality of our Travel Guides is what our readers have come to expect from HawaiiGuide, but all sales of all digital and POD (print on demand) products are final.

Contacting Us:

We encourage you to carefully review the product description and any available samples before making your purchase. Be sure to review our Shipping policy and estimated delivery times for all printed guides. If you have any questions about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us (sales@guideofus.com) before making your purchase.

Sales are generally final due to the nature of our products. However, if you encounter a serious issue, please contact us, as exceptions or store credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We do also make exceptions for duplicate purchases; please contact us for additional information. 

Chargebacks and Disputes:

Customers agree to contact us directly at sales@guideofus.com to resolve any purchase-related issues before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact violates our terms of service and refund policy. Customers acknowledge that all sales are final, and understand that unjustified chargebacks may result in additional fees, account restrictions, or further action, including legal measures, at our sole discretion.
