- 'Printed Guide' is a Physical Product that is printed on demand (POD) by Lulu and will be shipped directly from their facilities after being produced. Please select the appropriate shipping option/speed at checkout, as we cannot control the delivery speed after the order is completed. On average, printing and shipping take 10-12 days within the United States.
